This notice explains what happens to the details you share with Musical Monkeys through this website. Updated November 2026.

Who we are

Musical Monkeys runs a baby and toddler music group and children's parties. For anything about your details, email info@musical-monkeys.co.uk or call 07944 891235.

What we receive

When you use a form on this site, we receive what you fill in: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. For a party enquiry, that can also include your child's first name and age, the date and your town. Please only share what we need to help you.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media, we receive what you send us there.

Why we use it

Only to answer you and to arrange what you've asked about. We do this because you've asked us to, and because it's in our legitimate interest to reply to enquiries. We don't sell your details, and we don't send marketing unless you've asked for it.

Who else sees it

Form messages pass through our website host and an email delivery service on their way to our inbox. They only handle them to deliver them, under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or booking, and any records we're required to keep.

Cookies and statistics

This website doesn't use tracking cookies or statistics tools, so there's no cookie banner. It remembers for the length of your visit that you've seen the curtain open, and that stays on your own device.

Photos of children

We only show children in photos on this website when we have their parent's or guardian's permission. If you'd like a photo removed, tell us and we'll take it down.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and object to how we use them. Just contact us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
